Dance Essentials is a series of workshops run by our passionate qualified teachers. The workshops will focus more on the essentials of dancing than the moves; posture, timing, style. This is the time to work on your technique, musicality, getting rid of any bad habits you may have picked up over time.

Dance Essentials is open to dancers of all levels.
